Construction Update
Construction of our C1 apartments has been moving along quite nicely. Despite the current rain, we have been blessed with some great weather over the last few weeks so it has been all hands on deck to ensure that progress moves along at a steady pace. Naturally we’re eager to get the ball rolling again once all this rain stops. Both basement levels and retentions are now complete up to ground floor level and currently we are working on level three with all scaffolds in place on the outside of the building ready to move forward onto the upper levels. We are looking forward to some of our beautiful Queensland sunshine to achieve our estimated completion of March 2011.
