Once again, Opalyn Property Group chose the location well, as Chermside is one of the fastest growing regions in Brisbane. Between 2007 and 2012, the median rent for two-bedroom apartments increased 34 per cent, while the median rent for one bedroom apartments increased 38.9 per cent. When compared with older stock, new two- bedroom and one-bedroom apartments have achieved 15 per cent and 23 per cent premiums respectively.
