Construction Update
Construction of our C1 apartments over the last month has been progressing quite nicely. Levels 4, 5 and 6 are now poured with the views from these levels just getting better & better.
Internal fit outs have commenced on the ground floor with all windows & doors being installed plus wall sheeting going up so we are looking forward to a vast change on that floor in the coming weeks Externally rendering has started on the western side of the building plus the scaffold has now been removed from around the commercial area and as a result the site has a new look with glass panelling being fitted out and the external footpath now finished.

Brisbane City Council approves plan to allow buildings of up to 15 storeys in central Chermside
A controversial plan for 6000 residents to move into a northern Brisbane suburb has been given the go ahead.
Brisbane City Council has approved the draft Chermside Neighbourhood plan which will allow for buildings of up to 15 storeys in the central Chermside shopping area and near the Northern Busway. It will now go to the State Government for its first State interest check. Neighbourhood Planning Chairman Amanda Cooper said council’s draft plan for Chermside focussed development around existing commercial centres and major transport routes.”While Chermside has been identified by the State Government in its regional plan as an area that is expected to experience significant future growth, council is committed to minimising the effects this growth will have on residents in the area,” she said.
